Alright, today on this 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt we're going to do a test fit of part number A30901 from SportRack. A few things to know about this bike rack is that it will work 1-1/4 inches receiver hitches both Class I and Class II and this will also work with a 2-inch receiver hitches with the included spacer. And on this vehicle we'll be working with a Class I receiver hitch. Now to start off our test fit we'll install the bike rack into the hitch and then we'll tighten down the anti-rattle bolt. Then we'll install the safety clip on the other side. After we install our bike rack we'll go ahead and unfold the bike rack and then get some clearance measurements. more

However, when you use this with a class one receiver hitch, like we're using it today, you're limited to carrying just two bicycles. This will also work with two-inch receiver hitch with the included spacer.Now to start off our test fit, we'll go ahead and install the bike rack into the hitch, then we'll tighten down the anti-rattle bolt. Then next, we'll can go ahead and get some clearance measurements. Okay, from the bike rack to the bumper, it's going to be two and a half inches. more

We'll start off our test fit by installing the bike rack into the hitch, then we'll tighten down the anti-rattle bolt and install the lock on the other side. Then we'll go ahead and get some clearance measurements. Okay, clearance from the bike rack to the bumper is going to be two and a half inches. more

Now a few things to know about this bike rack that it will work with inch and a quarter receiver hitches both class 1 and class 2, however when used with a class 1 receiver hitch youre limited to carrying just 2 bicycles and thats what well be working with today. This will also work with 2 inch receiver hitches with the included spacer. Now, well start off our test fit by installing the bike rack into the hitch, well tighten down the anti-rattle bolt and put the safety pin on the other side. And then well go ahead and get some clearance measurements. Okay, from the bike rack to the bumper were looking at a distance of 7 and a half inches. more
